My excellent night out

Last night I had an early dinner with The Actor at our friend Elaine's fabulous restaurant - A Little of What You Fancy.  I know I keep blogging about it and it certainly doesn't need any publicity as it's packed every single night.  I can barely get a table and often have to get take-away.

British Inspiration Awards lunch

On Friday I went to the British Inspiration Awards lunch at The Brewery in Chiswell Street.
The awards have been running for two years.  Last years winners included Lee McQueen, Terence Conran, Elisabeth Murdoch, Nick Park, Glastonbury's Michael Eavis and Beatles producer George Martin.

This years winners included film director Danny Boyle, Charles Saatchi, UK Vogue Editor Alexandra Shulman,
